CONSIDER APPROVING A $2,500 DIGITAL TRIBUTE AD PLACEMENT RECOGNIZING THE RETIREMENT OF PRESIDENT THOMAS PARHAM FROM CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, DOMINGUEZ HILLS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the purchase of a digital tribute ad in the amount of $2,500.00 for a gala hosted by California State University, Dominguez Hills, that will celebrate student success, the university's 65th anniversary, and honor of retiring University President Thomas A. Parham
