6.5 AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AUTHORITY AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN\nBERNARDINO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS\nThat the Town Council approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement\nrelative to the San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), now referred to as the San Bernardino Council of\nGovernments (SBCOG), to increase membership dues by $23,345 for a total new assessment of $40,848.
