Adopt a Resolution No. 8194 amending the 2023-2024 fiscal\nyear budget,\n2. Approve the California Highway Patrol “Every 15 Minutes”\nEducation Grant Agreement in the amount of $9,999.99 for an\nevent at Eisenhower High School; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents.
