REJECTION OF ALL BIDS FOR THE ARMSTRONG AVENUE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AND NEIGHBORHOOD D-SOUTH PHASE 2 PACKAGE #2 PROJECTS Staff is recommending that the City Council reject all bids received for the Armstrong Avenue Pedestrian Bridge and Neighborhood D-South Phase 2 Package #2 Projects. Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council reject all bids received for the Armstrong Avenue Pedestrian Bridge and Neighborhood D-South Phase 2 Package #2 Projects and direct the City Clerk to return all bid bonds.Fiscal Impact: There is no fiscal impact associated with rejecting all bids received for the Armstrong Avenue Pedestrian Bridge and Neighborhood D-South Phase 2 Package #2 Projects.
