BORTFELD]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Rydin Decal for parking permit materials to increase the not-\nto-exceed amount and extend the term of the agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Rydin Decal to increase the amount of the agreement by\n$100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $381,167.15 and extend the\nagreement by twenty-four (24) months from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the agreement.
