APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE REVIEW AND PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL\nDOCUMENTS FOR THE PROPOSED WESTRIDGE HILLS RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT\nPROJECT\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement for professional\nservices for the review and preparation of environmental documents for the proposed Westridge Hills\nresidential development project pursuant to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.
