7. Acceptance of Public Improvements for Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) 642, Mary\nStreet, Engineering Job No. 3143.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat City Council:\n1. Accepts the improvements; and\n2. Authorizes the City Clerk to release the security guaranteeing the improvements in\naccordance with the subdivision agreement and requires the developer to\nmaintain insurance in force until the release of all bonds for the project.
