4. Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) - Officer Wellness and Mental\nHealth Grant\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council takes the following actions:\n1. Authorizes the City Manager, or designee, to accept the BSCC Officer Wellness\nand Mental Health Grant in the amount of $82,845.75 and to execute any grant\ndocuments and agreements necessary for the receipt and use of these funds: and\n2. Appropriates $82,845.75 of BSCC Officer Wellness and Mental Health Grant\nfunding to the Police Misc. Grants Funds to help fund programs for establishing\nand expanding officer wellness and peer support programs.
