28. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CS & ASSOCIATES, INC TO PROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL LABOR COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR VARIOUS NEEDS TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement CS & Associates, Inc for on-call professional labor compliance services by increasing the contract sum by $100,000.00 for a total contract sum of $500,000; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2 with CS & Associates, Inc following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
