2.L. APPROVAL OF BENCH CONTRACTS WITH CONSULTANTS TO\nSUPPORT HUMAN SERVICES DIVISION PRIORITY INITIATIVES [C.\nSCHROEDER, L. ISENBERG, D. KAHN-EPSTEIN, F. GOMEZ]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update on creating a pool of\nqualified consultants to support Human Services Division priority initiatives\nand significant projects. Recommended vendors will join the Division’s\nConsultant Bench - a team of skilled professionals with whom the City will\ncontract for technical expertise in one or more of the following sub-areas:\nProgram Evaluation, Communications Support, Professional Writing,\nDemographic Studies and Analysis, and Community Engagement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a three-year Agreement for Services\nwith Cities and People Partners to provide services in support of Human\nServices Division priority initiatives for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$75,000; 2) Approve a three-year Agreement for Services with Elizabeth\nAnderson Consulting to provide services in support of Human Services\nDivision priority initiatives for a total not-to-exceed amount of $240,000; 3)\nApprove a three-year Agreement for Services with FM3 Research to\nprovide services in support of Human Services Division priority initiatives\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $75,000; 4) Approve a three-year\nAgreement for Services with HyperTexted LLC to provide services in\nsupport of Human Services Division priority initiatives for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $75,000; 5) Approve a three-year Agreement for\nServices with Jennifer Cree Swan to provide services in support of Human\nServices Division priority initiatives for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$240,000; and 6) Approve a three-year Agreement for Services with\nMaroon Society to provide services in support of Human Services Division\npriority initiatives for a total not-to-exceed amount of $135,000.
