HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 1\nwith Griffin Structures, Inc. to provide on-call construction management\nservices for the City’s Capital Improvement Program.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nwith Griffin Structures, Inc. to provide on-call construction management\nservices for the City’s Capital Improvement Program for an increased\namount of $750,000 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of $1,250,000;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the Amendment.
