AUTHORIZE and REAFFIRM the expenditure of the full project\ncontingency totaling $518,620.40 (15%) previously budgeted\nduring the contract award per staff report 2022-500 (Exhibit 3).\n2. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to Public Works Agreement with\nR.J. Noble Company, Inc.\n3.
