AN AMENDMENT TO THE INTERNET SERVICE ORDER WITH CENTURYLINK\nCOMMUNICATIONS, LLC FOR INTERNET SERVICE UPGRADES\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the Internet Service Order, with CenturyLink Communications, LLC d/b/a\nLumen Technologies Group, of Louisiana, to upgrade internet backhaul bandwidth services\nfrom 1Gbps to 10Gbps for the OntarioNet network in the amount of $332,559 plus a 15%\ncontingency of $49,884, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $382,443, including\nexpenditures of $35,019 within the current term.\nATTACHMENT: 04022024 Ontario1Gig Existing Services^01^MSA
