14.7 APPROVAL OF SOUND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2024 CONCERTS\nUNDER THE STARS – It is recommended the City Council approve the selection of\nESS Pro Audio to provide sound engineering services for the 2024 Concerts Under the\nStars series in the amount of $24,000; authorize the City Manager to execute an\nagreement with ESS Pro Audio on behalf of the City; and authorize the City Manager\nto approve additional work up to 20 percent of the contract cost.\n14.7 Sound Engineering Services
