6. AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TELCON SERVICES,\nLLC FOR THE ONTARIONET BROADBAND INTEGRATION TECHNICAL SERVICE PROJECT\nThat the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nTelcon Services, LLC of Idaho, for additional broadband design, engineering, project\nmanagement, and inspection services for the OntarioNet Broadband Integration Technical\nService Project and ongoing expansion efforts in the amount of $680,000, plus a contingency\nin the amount of $180,000, for a revised not-to-exceed total of $2,060,000; and authorize the\nCity Manager, or his designee, to execute said Agreement and future amendments within the\nauthorization limits.\nATTACHMENT: 20240402 Telcon Amendment 1^01^AGR
