Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION approving the Los Angeles Regional Safe, Clean Water (SCW)\nProgram Transfer Agreement (Agreement) with the Los Angeles County Flood Control\nDistrict; and\n2) Authorize the Public Works Director to sign the Agreement; and\n3) Upon execution of the Agreement, appropriate $5,366,953 of SCW Program grant\nfunds to the Beach Cities Green Streets Project, S-194.
