Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker - Jurado): NOTE and FILE the Department of Transportation (DOT) report dated July 31, 2026, attached to the Council file, relative to an overview of the DOT's response and communication protocols during the I- 110/Gaffey Street incident, including a detailed timeline of the incident, an assessment of current electronic notification procedures, and an inventory of mobile traffic control devices used to support the DOT's response, inasmuch as it is for information only and no action is required.
