(16) 26-0018-S2 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD - NAZARIAN) relative to funding for the cost to complete the Madrid Theatre within Council District 3. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER $300,000 from Fund No. 298/50, Account No. 50SMDT (Madrid Theatre) to the Department of General Services (GSD) Account for the cost to complete the Madrid Theatre within Council District 3, as noted in the Motion, attached to the Council file. 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering to prepare the Controller's Instructions and to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion and including and corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections/ clarifications/ changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
