Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez – Hernandez): 1. DESIGNATE Van Nuys Boulevard from Laurel Canyon Boulevard to Foothill Boulevard as “Pueblo Magico." 2. DIRECT the Department of Transportation to erect permanent ceremonial signage to this effect at this location. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
