(9) 26-0011-S15 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT - PADILLA) relative to funding for weed abatement and cleaning along La Brea Avenue and La Cienega Boulevard in Council District 10. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $48,042 in the Council District 10 portion of the Council Discretionary Street Furniture Fund No. 43D/50 to the Street Services Fund No. 100/86, as follows: $38,442 to Account No. 1090 (Salaries - Overtime) and $9,600 to Account No. 6020 (Operating Supplies & Expense) for weed abatement and cleaning along La Brea Avenue and La Cienega Boulevard in Council District 10. 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Services to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications/ changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
