(8) 26-1164 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for data network, building security system, and phone line services at the Warner Grand Theatre within Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER $329,208.57 from MICLA Fund No. 298/50, Account No. 50ATGT (Warner Grand Theatre) to the Accounts and in the Amounts Specified in the Information Technology Agency Fund No. 100/32 for data network, building security system, and phone line services at the Warner Grand Theatre within Council District 15 as noted in the Motion, attached to the Council file. 2. AUTHORIZE the Information Technology Agency to prepare the Controller's instructions and to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
