(21) 26-1210 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - BLUMENFIELD) relative to asserting jurisdiction over actions of various City Boards and Commissions, including the Cannabis Regulation Commission. Recommendations for Council action: 1. ASSERT JURISDICTION, pursuant to Section 245 of the Los Angeles City Charter, over the August 8, 2026 action of the Cannabis Regulation Commission in approving a Commercial Cannabis Activity Annual License (DCR Core Record No. 311850) for TLC Ventures and Realty Group at the Business Premises located at 1658 West 227th Street. 2. VETO, upon the Council’s assertion of jurisdiction, the Cannabis Regulation Commission's decision to approve the Commercial Cannabis Activity Annual License (DCR Core Record No. 311850) for TLC Ventures and Realty Group at the Business Premises located at 1658 West 227th Street.
