Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Board of Police Commissioners to utilize the proposed contract template for future Official Police Garage (OPG) agreements, subject to minor revisions and formatting updates by staff. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
