Terminate the Declared Local Health Emergency for the January 2025 Critical Fire Events Recommendation: Adopt a resolution to terminate a local health emergency, which was proclaimed as a result of the January 2025 Windstorm and Critical Fire Events in the County. Instruct the Director of the Office of Emergency Management, Chief Executive Office, to forward a copy of the resolution to terminate a local health emergency to the Director of the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
