29. Approval of Proposed Board Policy Chapter 11 and Three New Policies Recommendation: Adopt the County Board Policy Chapter titled “Los Angeles County for All” (Chapter), and three newly written policies: Los Angeles County for All; Anti-Racism; and Advancing Equity in Departmental Operations (Policies). The Board’s adoption of the Chapter and Policies will make clear the County’s continued commitment to combatting discrimination and advancing equity by setting expectations for County Departments and entities on their role and responsibilities to advance the well-being of all communities in the County. This includes the development and implementation of programmatic and operational procedures, practices, and service delivery aligned with the Chapter and Policies’ intent. (26-5247) County Operations
