Martin Luther King, Jr. Library Refurbishment Capital Project Recommendation: Establish and approve the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library Refurbishment Project, Capital Project No. 88980 (Project), with a total Project budget of $712,000. Approve an appropriation adjustment to transfer $625,000 from the Los Angeles County Library’s Fiscal Year 2026-27 operating budget to the proposed Project. Authorize the Director of Internal Services to deliver the proposed Project using a Board-approved Job Order Contract.
