3.4 Professional Services Agreement with Anna M. Burton for Emergency Coordination Services in Fiscal Year 2026-2027. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the professional services agreement with Anna M. Burton for emergency coordination services for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, in an amount not to exceed $82,560 per year with two optional one-year renewals, for an aggregate amount of $247,680 over three years; and B. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
