(26) 26-1302 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Dymo Corporation dba C26-13816, C26-13817, and C26-13818. (This matter arises from a property damage to Claimant’s multiple leaseholds located at 7407, 7415, 7417 and 7419 Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, which resulted from storm drain flooding issues.)
