(20) 26-1273 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - RODRIGUEZ) relative to funding for additional beautification services in Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $1,396,855 from the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281215 (CD 15 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the Board of Public Works Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services) for additional beautification services in Council District 15, currently being provided by the Coalition for Responsible Community Development under City Contract No. C-146157. 2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works (Office of Community Beautification) to prepare, process and execute the necessary documents with and/or payments to the Coalition for Responsible Community Development, utilizing the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form. 3. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
