(18) 26-1083 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the acceptance of a non-monetary donation valued at $140,521 from the Los Angeles Police Foundation for utility duty uniform apparel for Metropolitan Division’s Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team. Recommendation for Council action: ACCEPT the donation valued at $140,521 from the Los Angeles Police Foundation for utility duty uniform apparel for the Los Angeles Police Department Metropolitan Division Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT); and, THANK the donor for this generous donation. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Board of Police Commissioners. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
