(24) 26-1277 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding to keep the Harbor Park and 109th Street swimming pools open through September 27, 2026. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $23,520 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281215 (CD 15 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the Recreation and Parks Fund No. 301/88, Account No. 1070 (Salaries - As Needed) to keep the Harbor Park and 109th Street swimming pools open through September 27, 2026. 2. AUTHORIZE that the Department of Recreation and Parks make clarifications or technical corrections to the above fund transfer instructions as may be necessary to implement the intent of this Motion; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically, or by any other means.
