C-147054 Owner: Grant Keene AK Lofts,4 LLC ; Surveyor: Aaron Byrd Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $21,500.00 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
