(13) 26-1050 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to modernizing the City's internal Tree Spacing Guidelines. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Lee - Hernandez): INSTRUCT the Bureau of Street Services - Urban Forestry Division, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Street Lighting, Bureau of Engineering, Department of Water and Power, Department of City Planning, and any other relevant departments, with assistance from the City Administrative Officer (CAO), to report within 90 days with recommendations to modernize the City's internal Tree Spacing Guidelines. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
