ABC Unified School District Levying of Taxes Request from the ABC Unified School District: Adopt a resolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of, and interest on, the District’s General Obligation Bonds, 2018 Election, Series D (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $64,500,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to place on the 2027-28 tax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt service schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by the District following the sale of the Bonds. ADOPT (26-5562) 68. Compton Unified School District Levying of Taxes Request from the Compton Unified School District (District): Adopt a resolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of, and interest on, the District’s 2026 General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $15,000,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to maintain on the 2026-27 tax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt service schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by the District following the sale of the Bonds. ADOPT (26-5563) 69. Garvey School District Levying of Taxes Request from the Garvey School District (District): Adopt a resolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of, and interest on, the District’s General Obligation Bonds, Election of 2024, Series B (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $15,000,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to place on the 2026-27 tax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt service schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by the District following the sale of the Bonds.
