27. Project No. PRJ2025-004464 Resolution Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. RPPL2025003809-(All Districts), as part of Project No. PRJ2025-004464-(All Districts) collectively (Safety Element Amendment) to incorporate by reference the previously approved 2025 County All-Hazards Mitigation Plan into the Safety Element of the County General Plan, pursuant to Assembly Bill 2140; and General Plan Amendment No. RPPL2022001526-(4), as part of Project No. PRJ2022-000557-(4) (collectively, Broadway Project) with amendments, to amend the General Plan Land Use Policy Map by changing the project site's land use designation on 0.85 acres from H9, (Residential 9 - 0 to 9 Dwelling Units per Net Acre), to H50 (Residential 50 - 20 Dwelling Units per Net Acre.)
