6. Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 26-1644 purchase order for Olathe Ford, in the amount of $749,946, for seven replacement vehicles and two addition to fleet (ATF) vehicles; a purchase order for G&W Truck Accessories, in the amount of $4,332, for spray on bedliners on seven trucks; approve a contingency of $10,000 for any changes to costs; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the purchases order upon receipt of all supporting documents.
