34. CONSIDER RECORDING A “NOTICE OF EXEMPTION” IN THE OFFICE OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY CLERK AND WITH THE STATE CLEARING HOUSE FOR PROJECT NO. 1753 (UNIVERSITY DRIVE REHABILITATION - AVALON BLVD TO WILMINGTON AVE), PURSUANT TO SECTION 15302 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT GUIDELINES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. MAKE the California Environmental Quality Act finding that the proposed Project No. 1753: University Drive Rehabilitation from Avalon Blvd to Wilmington Ave is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15302 of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE staff to record the “Notice of Exemption” (EXHIBIT No. 1) in the office of the Los Angeles County Clerk and with the State Clearing House at the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research for Project No. 1753: University Drive Rehabilitation from Avalon Blvd to Wilmington Ave.
