33. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ALBERT A. WEBB TO PROVIDE AN INTERIM TRAFFIC ENGINEER TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with Albert A. Webb Associates to provide staff augmentation for an Interim Traffic Engineer, increasing the contract amount by $130,000 and resulting in a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $1,330,000; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
