27. CONSIDER AWARDING A FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SAMSARA INC. FOR FLEET TELEMETRY AND DIAGNOSTICS SERVICES, FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT'S FLEET DIVISION (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. AWARD a Contract Services Agreement with Samsara Inc. for a five-year term in a not-to- exceed amount of $153,900.00 (Exhibit 4); and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Contract Services Agreement with Samsara Inc., subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
