26. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE ON-CALL CONTRACT WITH RED WING BRANDS OF AMERICA, INC. FOR AS NEEDED PURCHASE OF UNIFORM SAFETY WORK BOOTS, SHOES, AND ACCESSORIES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the On-Call Contract with Red Wing Brands of America, Inc. for as needed purchase of uniform safety work boots, shoes, and accessories, increasing the contract sum by $125,000 for a total contract sum of $230,000 and extending the term until July 30, 2027; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
