9. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NOS. 4439 AND 4440 WITH HINDERLITER DE LLAMAS AND ASSOCIATES (HDL COMPANIES) FOR TRANSACTION AND USE TAX AND SALES TAX AUDIT AND INFORMATION SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4440 with Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates (HdL Companies) for Transaction and Use Tax Audit and Information Services related to Measure H; and 2. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4439 with Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates (HdL Companies) for Sales Tax Audit and Information Services (Bradley Burns Sales Tax); and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
