CONTRACT AMENDMENT - TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, AND FINDING THE ACTION CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-16, which will: 1. Determine that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Class 1 (Existing Facilities, §15301). 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C24-67, by and between the City of San Clemente and Great Scott Tree Service, Inc., providing for Tree Maintenance Services, increasing the base contract amount by $57,719 for a revised FY 2025-26 not-to- exceed amount of $437,657, with funding available in Account No. 001 -633-43426.
