4. Budget Transfer for National Peace Officers Memorial Week Attendance to Honor Officer Samuel Riveros It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve budget transfer of $35,000 from Account 100-30-340-50120-00000 (Patrol Overtime) to Account 100-30-300-53350-00000 (Meetings and Conferences) for National Peace Officers Memorial Week attendance; and 2. Authorize the Chief of Police to finalize travel arrangements for ten department personnel; and 3. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents related to this transfer; and, 4.
