12.b AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF AN ADDITIONAL $455,000 TO THE SPORTS PARK PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT TO LOGHMANI & ASSOCIATES DESIGN GROUP, INC. FOR THE SPORTS PARK BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. (0920-40) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-003 authorizing the appropriation of an additional $455,000 to the Sports Park Project’s overall budget. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-010 authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 with Loghmani & Associates Design Group, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $3,000,000 for the Sports Park Building Improvements Project.
