11. APPROVE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE YOUTH SERVICE CORPS COMPETITIVE GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve submission of an application for the Youth Service Corps Competitive Grant Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit documents reasonably- necessary for the completion of the awarded project; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
