12. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 25-1175 ordering the summary vacation of the relinquishment of vehicle access rights via Vista Pacific Drive to Parcel A of lot line adjustment PLA22-00002, recorded December 1, 2023 as Document No. 2023-0332122, to facilitate two 45-foot-wide access driveways between Vista Pacific Drive and Parcel A, and authorize the City Clerk to file a certified copy of the resolution with the San Diego County Recorder.
