9. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 25-1142 Amendment 5 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Dokken Engineering (“Dokken”), in the amount of $56,755 for a revised contract amount not to exceed $1,578,684, for additional design and preparation of plans for the Coastal Rail Trail Project from Oceanside Boulevard to Morse Street; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon the receipt of all necessary documents.
