C. RECLASSIFY PARKING CONTROL OFFICER TO COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER AND APPROVE A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUDGET The City Council is requested to reclassify the parking control officer to community service officer and approve a budget amendment to the public safety budget. Recommendation: Approve the reclassification of one existing position from full-time Parking Control Officer to full-time Community Services Officer and approve a budget amendment for a total of $46,150.
