(41) 26-0117 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Alice Kaczor, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23VEVC05337. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on January 1, 2023, on the roadway near 15124 Dickens Street, Sherman Oaks, California.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on February 3, 2026.)
