(45) 26-0118 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled George Stephen Simonian v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV25260. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on August 26, 2020, on an uplifted sidewalk located at 351 East 2nd Street, in Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on February 3, 2026.)
